    6. Transfer these communication skills to both professional and personal interactions, as demonstrated by the participant who successfully applied them at home.

    1. Identify their own dominant personality style and recognize the strengths and challenges associated with it.

    2. Describe the characteristics and communication preferences of other personality styles commonly found in the workplace.

    3. Define personal boundaries and articulate the importance of setting and respecting them in professional settings.

    4. Apply strategies for effective communication and interaction with colleagues of different personality styles.

    5. Analyze the impact of diverse personality styles on team dynamics and collaboration within their department.
